Exceptional service and food quality. I tried this spring roll filled with loads of raw fish, avocado and lettuce. It was refreshing and delicious with the sweet savory sauce. The grilled fish salad is a staple every time I come here, the sauce is savoy and the fish tastes amazing.

My favorite sushi place for celebrations like birthdays and graduation. I love the sushi boat! Great to share and for a decent price. Birthday person gets a free dessert with share with the table. All fish were fresh. Great seaweed salad. Lots of choices for maki rolls, all the usual options for nigiri and sashimi. Quick and kind service.

We enjoyed the $2 nigiri, sushi rolls, and udon! Service was friendly and food came out fast. Everything was pretty tasty. The Brussel sprouts were a bit too saucy. My lychee coconut mojito was light but tasty. Recommended!

My wife and I just dined at Ebisu for the first time, and we are huge sushi fans and we are known to spend big dollars on that type of cuisine so we had high expectations. I am happy to report they were met, and surpassed. We got the Chefs Special Sushi Boat and it was phenomenal. All of the Nigiri and Sashimi was fresh, with all the right kinds of fat and delectable umami. We ordered got the Rocky Mountain and the Baked Dynamyte rolls as our choices with the chefs choice on the Nigiri and Sashimi. All of which was sublime. Our server was attentive and pleasant, refilled drinks without being asked, and definitely helped improve our dining experience. We intend to go back to Ebisu very soon, to trust the chef once again and try two more specialty rolls.

Amazing atmosphere and service, very sweet people work here! Such an amazing place for special events like birthdays. Place is pretty quiet, very nice for conversations with friends and relatives. A lot of bounces and complements form restaurant! Also bunch of yummy food!! We had so much fun.

Great value for food! Went at 7:15 on Sunday. Pretty empty but man food is always a 10/10. Had variety from Tempuras, Ramen, bulgogi to their sushi. Can’t believe this place isn’t more busy

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Ebisu. We enjoyed several amazing dishes from the owners Tony and Lynn who run this family business, both who are wonderful individuals and make you feel welcome as customers. They take great pride in the freshness of the food and the quality of the fish selections. We ordered several outstanding sashimi crudo - yellowtail, salmon and tuna. The spicy garlic edamame wad flavorful along with the vegetable and shrimp tempura. We also ordered 3 rolls cherry blossom, chicksho roll, and mango tango simply delicious. Lastly they have an excellent happy hour menu with a wide variety of items. Please patronize this local business and you will not leave unsatisfied on the quality of the food. This was our second visit and both visits have been a wonderful experience. We can’t wait for our next visit to try other dishes.
